Our 35th Annual Friendship Ball will take place in the Pierre on Friday 23rd February 2017. We will honor Andy Breslin and Ray Baccala at this glorious event!

The Friendship Ball grew out of a loving gathering in the basement of St. Stephen of Hungary Church on East 82nd Street in New York City, St. Valentine’s weekend in 1982. A true cross section of this great city came together; including friends, family, musicians, restaurateurs, clergy, numerous members of Local 3, Electrical Workers Union, as well as members of New York’s Finest and Bravest, – not only to honor the memory of Franny Pope, but with the intent of helping other children and their families who were battling cancer.
It is truly a credit to our Circle of Friends who have made it possible for us to continue to gather on an evening in February, 35 years later, with the intent to honor the memory of Franny Pope while helping other children and their families as they deal with the challenges of cancer. Check back soon for more information about this wonderful annual event!
