Jim Cahill and Tim Dillon.

James W. Cahill is a lifetime New Yorker. He was born in Manhattan, raised in Queens and currently resides in Rockland County with his wife of 43 years, Marie. He is the proud father of three children and seven grandchildren. James has devoted forty-eight years of his working life to the United Association.

Throughout Jim’s remarkable career, he has diligently applied his strong leadership skills in the labor movement so that it can better meet the challenges of the future as a force in the Construction Trades.

Tim is a proud Jersey boy, one of five children born in Montclair and raised in Cedar Grove. Tim and wife Rose Ann presently reside in Jersey City. He is the proud father of daughter Courtney, son Michael and daughter-in-law Alexis and his four grandchildren, Mason, Arianna, Kayden and his late precious angel, Paisley Rose.Tim is a Senior Vice President and Director of Purchasing for Hunter Roberts Construction Group.

Tim is known by his friends, as the quiet guy with an occasional zinger with a big heart. Both Rose Ann and Tim have been staunch supporters of our mission for years and for that we are grateful!
